Terry D. Cook

Terry D. Cook joined the firm on August 15, 2011, as an Associate in the Estate Planning Practice Group. Terry has a strong foundation in trusts and estates, finance, intellectual property and taxation. Prior to joining Mitchel, Gaston, Riffel & Riffel, P.L.L.C, Mr. Cook worked for Cazes & Looby, P.L.L.C. in Oklahoma City.

Terry earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was very active in the Intellectual Property Student Association, and the Sports, Property and Entertainment Law Association (SPELA).  He also earned his M.B.A while at Oklahoma City University, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Terry practice areas are transactional and business law, estate planning and tax controversy.
