Jessica Caruthers

Ms. Caruthers was born in Omaha, Nebraska on February 10, 1978. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2005.  She attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2000.  Later, Ms. Caruthers attended the University of Minnesota School Of Law, where she earned her law degree, cum laude, in 2005. While at the University of Minnesota, Ms. Caruthers received Legal Writing Honors and participated in the Wagner Labor Law Moot Court.  Ms. Caruthers is admitted to practice before all state courts in Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  Ms. Caruthers’ areas of practice include civil litigation, employment law, appeals, probates, and guardianships.
