Tomberlin Supreme Court Appeal

You still have time to join the Tomberlin Supreme Court Appeal. Please submit your $200 filing fee payable to MGRR; mail to 3517 W. Owen K. Garriott Road, Suite One, Enid OK 73703 to the attention of Crystal Pritchett or call 580-234-8447 and you can pay by credit card over the phone.

If you are not currently being represented by MGRR or you filed your own appeal to the OTC and would like be included in the Supreme Court appeal, you still have time to join! MGRR needs to file an amended brief with the OTC and then we can file your appeal to the Supreme Court. Total cost $450 ($250 for OTC amended brief and $200 Supreme Court Appeal Filing Fee).

Please fax your denial letter, tax returns, title, insurance, and appeal you filed to the OTC and any/all correspondences between you and the OTC to 580-234-5547 or mail to 3517 W Owen K Garriott Road, Suite One, Enid OK 73703. Attn: Crystal Pritchett

Reminder – If you are not part of the Supreme Court Appeal the decision from the Supreme Court will not roll down to you. You must be a part of the Supreme Court Appeal in order to benefit from their ruling.

The Appeal was filed on Friday June 3, 2011, to the Supreme Court. My deadline to submit a final list of those taxpayers joining the Appeal is June 30, 2011.


Other LSV Models; MGRR has been talking to the OTC and discussing which models may be governed by the Tomberlin decision and the Ruff & Tuff decision. Once we have this information we will be in touch with those tax payers to discuss their case.

OTC threatening to suspense or not renew your professional license(s). Please fax (580-234-5547) me a copy of the letter from the OTC as the attorney needs this letter and will be in contact with the OTC to resolve this issue on behalf of the tax payer.
